Who provides your book and payment
Dating Decoded is published as Modern Dating Lab. Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link, the merchant of record shown at checkout and on your receipt. Link’s transaction terms are available at checkout. We provide the reader and book support. Contact: support@datingdecodedbook.com.
What your purchase includes
US$19.95 buys personal, non-transferable access to the expanded first digital edition of Dating Decoded: 204 pages, including 42 chapters, the 30-day reset and practice workbook, Field Guide and research notes. Pages 1–18 are available free. Your purchase unlocks pages 19–204 in this website’s online reader. No PDF, print copy or offline download is included.
Payment and access
The base price is in US dollars and includes applicable sales tax. Checkout may offer a local-currency amount, including any conversion fee in its quoted exchange rate, and shows the final amount before you pay. Your bank or card provider may apply its own charges. Payment is collected once through Link using Stripe Managed Payments; there is no recurring subscription. Payment receipts and refund confirmations are sent by Link. Access is linked to the verified email account you sign in with before checkout, and begins when payment is confirmed.
You need an internet connection and access to that email account. You can sign in on your own devices. Keep sign-in codes private and do not share or resell your account, reproduce the book for distribution, or redistribute its contents.
Digital delivery and cancellation
By requesting immediate access at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital book once payment is confirmed. Where applicable law allows, starting that supply with your consent ends a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal period. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Help and refunds
If you are charged twice, cannot access the book, or believe it does not match its description, contact us with your account email and receipt reference so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. You can also contact Link support about transactions and refunds. Link may issue refunds under its transaction terms. We consider other refund requests individually and do not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. This does not limit Link’s applicable terms or your mandatory rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes your mandatory consumer rights, including any rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law. A full refund ends access provided by that purchase. Access may be paused while a payment dispute is unresolved.
Availability and the book’s purpose
Access has no scheduled expiry and no renewal fee. The reader is an online service and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages. If the service is permanently withdrawn, we will communicate with affected readers and provide any remedy required by law.
The book provides general educational information, not personalised medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. It does not promise a particular dating or relationship outcome. The edition and reader information on page 2 also applies to the book’s content.
Changes
These terms describe this purchase. Later changes will not remove rights you already have under your purchase or applicable law. Contact us through Reader help with questions.
