You don't need to manufacture jealousy.

You don't need to wait exactly three days before sending a text.

You don't need to pretend you have less interest than you actually do.

You don't need to memorise routines.

And there isn't a secret combination of words that bypasses another person's free will and makes them attracted to you.

Human beings are more complicated than that.

Sex is more complicated than that.

Women are more complicated than that.

And, whether you realise it or not, you are more complicated than that too.

The good news is that dating isn't random.

There are patterns.

There are behaviours that consistently help.

There are behaviours that consistently hurt.

There are things attractive men tend to understand that struggling men often don't.

And there is now a surprisingly large amount of science looking at attraction, mate choice, flirting, appearance, status, humour, rejection, attachment, sexual desire, relationships and how people communicate interest.

You don't need to read all of it.

That's what this book is for.

We're going to take the useful parts, throw away the bullshit, translate the science into normal English and give you something you can actually use.

No PhD required.

No fedora required either.
